In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Body Sugar Scrub w/ Moisturizer

  This treatment consists of a full body exfoliation with the sugar scrub of your choice and the application of hot towels to gently remove the excess sugar scrub.  It concludes with a deep moisturizer applied and massaged into the skin.  Getting this treatment regularly will make your skin look more vibrant and youthful.  Exfoliation is the removal of dry/dead skin cells on the surface of the skin and is one of the most important aspects of your home and skincare routine for face and body.  Along with helping with skin problems, exfoliation also increases blood circulation.

Sugar Foot Scrub:  Scented sugar scrub massaged into calves and feet, hot towels on feet, moisturizer

Exfoliating Hand Treatment:  Scented sugar scrub massaged into forearms and hands, along with hot towels, moisturizer

Back Scrub: Scented sugar scrub is applied to the back and massaged into the skin to remove dead skin cells. This service concludes with hot towels and a moisturizer which leaves the skin feeling fresh, smooth, moisturized and soft!

Deep Muscle Therapy: This treatment works great for someone dealing with deep, chronic pain. Hot towels, Prossage Gel and Biofeeeze are applied to the affected area for 10-15 mins to penetrate and treat the muscle

Aromatherapy: Explore the natural benefits of essential oils! Choose from a selection of therapeutic grade essential oils to complement your session.  The oil will be mixed with your choice of gel or lotion to be used during your session. The remaining lotion or gel mixture will be yours to take home to enjoy at your leisure.
